When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 5 business days. All items are handmade to order and as such are placed in a queue at the time of ordering. While I endeavour to ensure all items are shipped as soon as possible (typically within 1-2 business days) during high volume periods it may take up to 5 business days. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is untracked and can take up to 5 business days to arrive. Express Post is typically within 1-2 business days. Please see the Australia Post website for more information. 

Are these genuine crystals?

Absolutely! I only source my beads from genuine crystal and gemstone suppliers.

I've bought bracelets like this before and they break really easily. Will my bracelet break? 

Cheap elastic bracelets can be found everywhere these days and it is very hard to tell when you're getting a good quality item. I only use high quality, thick stretch elastic that has stood up to wear and tear time and time again. I wear my bracelets all day every day for months at a time and can honestly say I've never had one break! 

However, unfortunately breaks do happen. A few tips to ensure your bracelet will last as long as possible include:

  1. Roll the bracelet over your hand when taking it on and off - Don't pull it or stretch it.
  2. Take your bracelets off to shower or swim.
  3. Try and avoid catching your bracelet on things. I know - easier said than done! The easiest way to limit this is to wear your bracelet on your non dominant hand or request your bracelet be made without a charm as these sometimes catch on things. 

What should I do if my bracelet breaks? 

If your bracelet breaks within 3 months, send through a photo of the broken item (including the elastic if possible) and I will replace it free of charge.

The KARHI Collection quarterly subscription box is themed by an emotion and curated to have beautiful handmade jewellery and other items to allow you to support yourself with that emotion. You can expect to see a mix of 4-7 items in each box, with everything from pure essential oils and handmade crystal jewellery to homewares and crystals – all designed to nurture, empower and support YOU. Each box is a surprise so you won’t know what you’re getting until it arrives!


Can I buy just one box?

Yes! You can purchase a One off Box for $71.95 or select a subscription package (paid quarterly or yearly).


Does the KARHI Collection Subscription Box ship worldwide / internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this stage.


Are products in the KARHI Collection Subscription Box full size or sample size?

Each box will include 4-7 full size products. We may also include sample size products or discount coupons from time to time, but they’ll be considered bonus gifts for you to indulge in.


How long does it take for my KARHI Collection Subscription Box to arrive?

You’ll be emailed a tracking number once your box has been sent. Typically, boxes will arrive within 4-6 working days.


Can I send a one-time gift that won’t auto renew?

Absolutely! Simply select “One off Box” when checking out and enter the giftees shipping address (not your own) and we will ship directly to them.


Can I pay via PayPal?

All payments are through PayPal for this service.


How do I cancel?

To cancel you can either contact KARHI Collection at karhicollection@outlook.com. Please note, cancellations may take up to 7 working days to process.  


How does the KARHI Collection Quarterly Subscription Box work?

When signing up, you can either purchase a one off box or choose to subscribe to our quarterly boxes. Payments for quarterly boxes are recurring and can be made quarterly ($68.89 every 3 months) or yearly ($250 a year – save $25.80!).

By selecting a subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and authorise KARHI Collection to automatically continue your subscription, charging the amount for your nominated plan every time your subscription renews to the payment method provided, until you cancel.


When and how often will I be billed?

You'll be billed for your first payment the moment you sign up. Thereafter, you’ll be billed quarterly or yearly on this date depending on your chosen payment plan.


When does the KARHI Collection Subscription Box ship?

You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. We aim to have our subscription boxes shipped by the end of March, June, September and December. You must have your order placed by the first of the month for each quarter to receive the box for that quarter. If you place your order after the first of the month you’ll receive the next quarterly box.

If you purchase a one-off box, your box will be shipped when the next quarterly boxes are due to be shipped. 


My friend got a subscription box and it's amazing! I've missed the cut off date, but can I have the same one shipped to me?

You must be subscribed or purchase a one-off box by the first of the month for that quarter in order to receive that box. Unfortunately, purchases made after this date will receive the next subscription box in 3 months time.
